If you answer the same three questions over and over, on email, on socials, in a group chat, those are automatable. Write the answer once, let an AI adapt it to each new version of the question. You review before it sends, until you trust it enough not to.

The boring one that saves you the one time it matters. A free local rule that copies your important files somewhere safe on a schedule. Set it once. Never think about it again.
4Your content
If you post anywhere regularly, the making, captioning, and scheduling can run as one system instead of three separate chores. Batch the making, automate the rest.
5Your own AI, not a rented one
Everything above can run on a model you rent by the month, or one that lives on your own machine: private, free after setup, and yours for good. That's the actual shift. Not "use AI more." Own the thing that's working for you.
